The PCC would like to thank everyone who stopped by to attend our Grand Opening celebration on 4/28. Congressman Hinchey and Assemblywoman Lupardo visited to speak, and we cut a ribbon to officially open the center. It was great to see so many of our patrons and tt was a pleasure to share this wonderful event with you.
