The library has resumed normal hours and will reopen at 9 A.M. on Tuesday, Oct. 30. The Oct. 30 Friends of the Library book review has been cancelled. There will be no preschool storytime today, because the UE schools are closed.

Richard Henry will be teaching a five week course beginning March 27 through May 1 (no class April 3) at the library from 10-12 in the downstairs meeting room. Local historian Tim Main will return to GFJ on Tuesday May 9 at 7 PM to present his program “Smoke Gets In Your Eyes.” It’s a scorching review of fires which traumatized the old Village of Union in years past. If you love history be sure not to miss this fun-filled hour of narrative photos….
