Amazon Kindle to be compatible with library Overdrive service
Amazon has announced that its popular Kindle e-reader will soon be compatible with GFJ’s Overdrive downloadable e-book service. The service already works with many popular devices, including the Barnes & Noble Nook, Apple’s iPad, and many others. The Overdrive service also features free downloadable audiobooks. The library funding proposition will be Proposition Number 4 on this year’s Town of Union ballot. Please remember to vote on November 4. If you’re not registered to vote you can still do so.
