The library funding proposition will be Proposition Number 4 on this year’s Town of Union ballot. Please remember to vote on November 4. If you’re not registered to vote you can still do so. Despite a miserable economy, the March 15, 2010 issue of Library Journal reports that 84% of library funding referenda passed in 2009. For New York State, the figure was 100%.
