Historian Tim Main will present his “Shadows on the Playground” talk at GFJ on Tuesday, December 1st at 7 PM in our Scott (basement) Meeting Room. Tim bills this as “an informative presentation defining the ancestry and historical background of Endicott’s Mersereau Park.” His talks always come with lots of photos, insight and humor. GFJ has started digitizing parts of its collections. We started with old local newspapers, a treasure trove of local history and genealogy. The collection will eventually be expanded, but 1855-1915 issues are now available at: www.endicott.advantage-preservation.com
