The Boards of the George F. Johnson Memorial (Endicott) and Your Home Public (Johnson City) libraries will hold a special joint meeting at the Your Home Public Library, Johnson City, N.Y. this evening at 6:30 P.M.
The GFJ Friends of the Library are excited to welcome local author Jennifer D. Bokal to the library on Tuesday, October 6 at 7:00 p.m. Jen will be presenting and discussing her new book, The Gladiator’s Mistress. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing. We hope to see you there!
There will be a special meeting of the library trustees on Wednesday, June 8 from 7 till 8:45 P.M. in the Scott (basement) Meeting Room. The trustees will be interviewing applicants for several vacant seats.

GFJ has started digitizing parts of its collections. We started with old local newspapers, a treasure trove of local history and genealogy. The collection will eventually be expanded, but 1855-1915 issues are now available at: www.endicott.advantage-preservation.com
