The library is looking for a part-time employee to clean the library.  Duties include vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, light snow shoveling.  Fifteen to nineteen hours per week with alternating Saturdays, early morning shifts 6 to 10 AM or 7 to 11 AM.  Pay is $8.50 per hour.  Position is 3-month temporary, possible permanent appointment.  Applications…

Our recent software upgrade is apparently blocking patrons from using our Overdrive (Download Zone) e-book/audiobook service.  We have been informed that the problem should be resolved by tomorrow (Saturday, June 27) and regret the inconvenience.

There will be a special meeting of the library trustees on Wednesday, June 8 from 7 till 8:45 P.M. in the Scott (basement) Meeting Room.  The trustees will be interviewing applicants for several vacant seats.

The library is accepting applications for a part-time Library Clerk position.  Some weekend and evening hours, pay is $8.45 an hour, 15-19 hours per week.  The position is temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent.  Applications are available at the library and will be accepted through Saturday, January 28.
